“The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow. The room is so clean and modern as well. I especially like the open kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware, fridge, and even dishwasher. I could choose to cook my dinner instead of dinning out. The TV is like a recent medium-end model, which is quite enjoyable to watch. The electrical sockets have USB……

“Parking is the hardest part to find ”

“We found it hard to find anything negative about this place. The units are well thought out and looked after with everything we needed provided and complete sets of equipment in the kitchen. Great transport links in to and across town. The most comfortable sofabed I’ve ever slept on in the living room.”

“Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us……

“Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Alles war wie beschrieben und zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Das Hausboot liegt in einem Industriegebiet warum ich dort nur 4 Sterne gegeben habe. Die Busanbindung ist Top und man kommt immer dort hin wo man möchte. Herr Schroedter gab sich bei der Einweisung sehr viel Zeit und war auch Mega flexibel, als wir früher wie geplant angereist sind. Wir waren wahrscheinlich nicht das letzte Mal dort.”
