“We booked this hotel in advance as part of our NC500 tour. We stayed at several hotels during our trip, all of which were enjoyable except this one. In our opinion, the photos used to advertise the property do not accurately reflect its current condition. My wife and I were extremely disappointed when we arrived. The staff we encountered were friendly and polite, and they were the only positive aspect of our experience. Our room (Room 25) was accessed via several flights of narrow, winding……

“Extremely disappointing stay. I booked for 3 people, but the room was only suitable for 2. The third bed was tiny, rock hard and not fit for proper sleep. I could not let my son sleep on it, so I had to use it myself and eventually ended up on the floor. After driving over 8 hours, this completely ruined what was meant to be a nice family trip.
