Located on the first floor of a secure residence next to the port of Gruissan, this studio has a cabin with a single bed and a space above to store suitcases, a small bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, WC), a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, (ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils, crockery), small table, TV (French channels), cupboard, sofa bed, and access to the balcony (table and chairs), with a beautiful view of the boats in the port!
The flat has access to the communal swimming pool of the neighbouring residence (2 minutes walk).
Unnumbered parking spaces are reserved for residents.
