"Everyone at the Westin was incredibly accommodating and made our stay truly memorable. Some of the restaurants require same-day reservations, which can be difficult to secure, but the restaurant captains, Ivan Elizando and Sady, went above and beyond to help us book reservations at three different restaurants. We also had wonderful experiences with our drivers, Brian and Mario, who were friendly and professional throughout our stay. The aqua fitness class led by Eduardo and Samuel was energetic, engaging, and a lot of fun. Ernesto, who checked us in upon arrival, took the time to thoroughly explain the resort’s activities, amenities, and everything we needed to know to make the most of our vacation. We’d also like to recognize several outstanding staff members for their exceptional service: Alonso Vasquez and Jeremi at Mitra Market, Denis Reyes from Mitra who served at the dessert bar, and Christian from Cauri. Each of them was attentive, welcoming, and helped make every meal enjoyable. The Westin is exceptionally family-friendly, offering a wide variety of activities such as a silent disco, coffee tasting, Kids Club, painting classes, and multiple pools, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Overall, my family had an amazing experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Westin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."

"The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the poolside restaurant struggled with the dinner crowd. It took 30 mins after we sat down for staff to approach us for our drinks and order. We were in the restaurant for over an hour before we received our food. The food was delicious once it arrived but the wait was ridiculous. I would stay here again but would probably find somewhere else to eat."

"Arenal Manoa was spectacular - the views, the wildlife, food, pools and the hot springs. It was all laid out perfectly, everything within a few minutes walk. We had an amazing view of the volcano and jungle from our spacious room and my daughter loved the plants in the bathroom :). The hot springs were perfection - we made several visits each day. Staff was kind and attentive. One of the groundskeepers even called my daughter over to give her a beautiful flower from their trimmings. I would highly recommend the resort for anyone."

"The property was very nice, being my first time at a resort, and staff was excellent very kind helpful and genuine. Only improves I’d say are the sink drains in my room seemed to be partial clogged water went down pretty slow and mattress coulda been a little more comfortable but those are very minor things to improve on. They didn’t take away from me and my partners experience at all. Great place to visit I would 100% go back looking forward to visiting another RIU Resort in the future the next time the opportunity is presented."
