「Staff are very helpful . Special thanks to Ms Carol Liu at the restaurant for her exceptional hospitality and help during our stay . Chinese restaurant at the hotel is excellent with delicate dishes .」

「Excellent staff service all around. Resort design is beautiful and food is good. Great place for photos. The resort provides a free Han Fu photography session with a professional photographer. Some things that can be improved : - The rooms are very clean but the rugs get dirty quickly. Consider cleaning them more often or just removing them. - The rooms use an AI controlled chat bot to control lights. Will be hard for foreigners to use, and sometimes gets disconnected.」

「在自助早餐, 負責生滾粥的員工,應該要派牌子以辨認是哪一位客人的下單的粥 因為我下了單,再取回時,負責的員工已經不知道我已下了單」
