Front desk is ok, someone don’t know smile to people is important. Chinese Restaurant dim sum is very good, price is reasonable. Gyms no staff duty , so air condition is off.

先講優點：房間干淨衛生，酒店在大馬路旁離遠就見到。房間景觀不錯也開揚，房卡威應電梯樓層不用自己按。賣芝士蛋糕店員待客熱情要表揚！早餐選擇多，值得一讚！
缺點：我訂兩間豪華雙床房，check in和前台講兩間房，希望…未講完前台就搶住講會安排同一層樓。之後我話唔希望聞到煙味(在訂房時亦有要求非吸煙房)，前台說好。前台安排兩房同一層在8樓，一出電梯發現兩房位置一間在左面，一間在右面，簡單就如Y字母的兩端。這樣在某一間房是看不到另一間房的。老人家那間房(1211)開門無煙味大家滿意，到我住的那間一開門就聞到有煙味，之後落去和前台反映，她竟然說兩間房不是很近嗎？(估計不清楚房間位置).換了一間房(1209)給我，正正就在老人家的旁邊房間。房間氣味還可接受。後來搭電梯先發現，14-17樓有禁煙標緻，8-13為客房，有理 由懷疑14-17樓是非吸煙樓層但前台並無安排給我們。酒店服務員不足，當有需要時需等十幾分鐘先來到，他們還說整間酒店中班只有2位服務員。希望有改善的空間！酒店地點有點偏，附近沒超市很少食市，眼見只有對面一間燒烤店。總體尚算合格，服務應對得住房價。

一般設施齊全,可措交通非常不便.的士都要call車.可以增加接駁巴士就好啦.同時接近行車天橋,噪音非常大

地點稍不方便，房間景色好，早餐好
除了地點不靠近公交站，其他都很好，房間整潔，窗戶望公園景色，早餐好吃，清晨隱約聽見公園的鳥語和晨操音樂。
