Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The other review must be fake or paid. It looks nothing like the pictures and it is grossly dirty!! Strong cigarette smells and they have a rotating box with option to purchase items (one of them is cigs)
- rooms don’t look like the pictures at all
- washroom and showers are stained with precious guests soap and stains.
- stains on headboard of bed
- claim soundproof but you can hear anyone closing and opening the door beside you, as well as scraping of chairs all damn night!
- coffee/tea stains on cups : we told them about the dirty cups and the housekeeper that came, took the glasses and rinsed it in our bathroom sink!!! When we told her that isn’t sanitary - she said they’re busy and this is clean once stains are off!!!!
- housekeeper used a fragrance bottle to spray the floor as a way to “clean” the cigarette smells
- same housekeeper was yelling during breakfast, arguing with two other staffs about steaming buns
- changed rooms due to the strong smells and the new room ventilation did not work! Even MORE stains and room felt humid the entire time
- charging cable provided only has 5mins of free use then you have to pay
- the magnetic charging stations are fake and don’t work
Worst stay of my entire life. PAY the extra couple dollars and stay somewhere else. If my mother wasn’t persistent on it and the one fake review they have - I’d never have booked.
