The young lady at the front desk was hospitable, polite, and attentive. The housekeeping staff do what they can. The washing machine and detergent samples were free. Clothes must be hung up to dry. This location is great for affordability and bare minimum needs. Smoking happens indoors and every hour I'd get a wave of cigarette smoke that lingered in my room. The hallways are carpeted and stenches of beer and soot can be seen and smelt. Only ideal if you're desperate for a place to sleep and do your laundry once.
