He was receptive to his guests needs, showing anticipation and kindess. A great place to call home while in Costa Rica. Gracias ”

“I moved here from a bamboo house in Poás, so the city noise was an adjustment—but overall, this apartment felt like a safe place to land. It’s small but thoughtfully decorated, with plants that add a nice energy to the space. I also liked having a nail salon and pet store right here. great location for someone who wants to be close to everything while still having a peaceful home base.”

“Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees”

“Very nice apartment over a terrific Mediterranean restaurant. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and night life, but far away enough to avoid the noise. A small grocery store is also a short walk away. It is a 3rd floor unit with no lift/elevator so be prepared with heavy luggage. The apartment has cable TV, WiFi, and A/C, and the owner was always responsive to answer questions. Unit advertised 2 bathrooms, however, there is 1 bathroom with a shower, and the 2nd only a……

The building had excellent and accommodating around the clock security. I even lost the key to the host’s place and surprisingly he drove over an hour to make sure I was safe and secure and arrived CALM :)… My stay was peaceful, fun and unforgettable!
