Casa espaçosa, mas muita coisa quebrada

Ar da sala está quebrado, as portas dos quartos estão ruins e não fecham, wi-fi não pega nos quartos, as bacias estão todas soltas e parecem que vão quebrar a qualquer momento, as duchas não esquentam, somente um quarto esquenta, máquina de lavar joga mais água no chão do que no esgoto

Se trata de um apartamento muito bom, excelente localização, grande e muito confortável….. O zelador Alex é muito bacana e atencioso, as duas vagas cobertas são ótimas e hj em dia é difícil de encontrar. O elevador é novo e o acesso é ótimo e tbm tem acesso para cadeirantes. Chuveiros dos banheiros tbm são ótimos e tem água quente até na torneira da cozinha. Resumindo, voltaremos com ctz.

Próximo a praia, mercado, padaria, farmácia, etc. Com certeza uma ótima escolha. O Marcel que nos alugou sempre foi rápido no retorno aos contatos.
