I liked everything. Especially the owners and their staff. Extremely accommodating to special needs. Gorgeous garden, birds singing all day, yet next to everything in town.

La atención del personal es terrible, no contestan nunca los mensajes, no me querían dar factura, las chicas de recepción parecía que estaban enojadas, y una de ella hasta como grosera. La habitación no estaba sucia pero había chinches en las camas y terminé picoteda... mala la experiencia.

En general el hotel por el precio esta muy bien, quizas yo diria que esta muy escondido. Estaria bien que en la cafeteria ofrecieran algunas cosas para comer.

Con poco mantenimiento, rentamos 2 habitaciones una se inundo y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, el otro se tardaba muchísimo, las habitaciones son mucho más pequeñas de como se ven las fotos ..

El peor hotel en el que he estado. La tasa de baño tenía bellos púbicos cuando entramos y tiraba agua cuando le bajabas. Lo reporté y pedí cambio de habitación, no quisieron, o no me creyeron, la recepcionista prácticamente se burló de mi. Pedí un trapeador y si me lo dieron, decidimos soportar mi esposa y yo, al fin de cuentas solo eran 3 noches. La segunda noche un grupo de jóvenes hicieron fiesta en el área común, con la música a alto volumen, se escuchaba todo en el cuarto! Imposible dormir, a la 1:27 am seguía la fiesta y no había nadie en recepción, no había guardias, nadie a quien reportarlo, me arrepiento mucho de haber reservado en este lugar. Espero que a alguien le sirva mi experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada. Además vi que había gente que no se esta hospedando aquí que entraba y salía del lugar (invitados a la fiesta), juzguen ustedes si eso esta bien o esta mal. La fiesta terminó a las 4 am. A las 11:33 am intenté bañarme pero no había agua.
