"The location, the views, and especially the room are absolutely amazing! BUT: The check out process is designed the ruin the entire positive experience... So be patient especially if you from the US this will freak you out ( they charged us for a small towel that got dirty with make up in the restroom) they come with you to the room and take pictures of amenities while you're discovering the room, that was weird but ok I guess....but now the check out process is really weird and has nothing to do hospitality or any basic modern understanding of tourism, service and psychology..this place seems to be ran by a super OCD accountant whicH helps to make the place clean and visually/ estetically pleasing, but hospitality is not a priority here! Dont worry the setting and the room views ans uniqueness will make up for most of it. I would also skip the food there...there are so many decent food options in the town center I have to admit I loved it the unique hotel still but I will never be back. Yes its weird to give 5 stars and say I'll never be back but the check out process made it clear for me. They got 70.000 pesos extra out of me, I didnt even argue aith them, not worth it....its not the $ its how unwise of them to miss out on millions of pesos tomorrow for thousands of pesos today...that math is not mathing ;)"

"This hotel rose above my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly, the service is exceptional, & the room was very clean and spacious. The view from this hotel was beautiful. The cook to order free breakfast was exceptional. The dinner service was exceptional with reasonable prices. I booked a massage and I would do it again, I appreciated that I was able to book that service very last minute. The hot tub was delightful at the end of the night. Overall I would stay here again but for more time."

"The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!"

"The stay was perfect, Room was clean staff was corteus and the food was very good, we were a super large party (60-70 people). So we kind of put the hotel staff to a stress test, which they pass with honors. My only advise to them are to look for an alternative to the tukies to drive poeople up and down to the parking hotel door or the praia restaurant. two (3 cramped) seats are not so convenient when you have so many people triying to go different places. and the large one for 6 peoples was not always available. the other thing would be to add some real seating at the Praia, the Main door and the Parking to wait for the transportation. "
