「The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. Took a while to get in touch with the person to check us in, and then we had to wait a long time for someone to show up.」

「We reserved a 2 bedroom apartment; it was exactly as seen in the pictures, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them an ensuite), a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Completely renovated and clean. If the breakfast is included in your reservation, they give you 2 choices/types of restaurants which are block away (pretty close). Good choice if you go to Guatape with family. 」

「Me and two friends stayed at the villa in January of 2024. It was a very nice property that was clean and appealing. We were almost fighting about over the bedroom on the second floor that had its own balancing overlooking the lake. :-) We did not have a car but walked in to town twice and took a taxi back. It was rather hard to explain taxi drivers where the villa was but we managed with our Spanglish. The walk into town took about 40 min and was pleasant. The house had a fantastic patio...
