「I stayed in a stylish and comfortable room with a balcony that gave a beautiful view of Volcan de Agua. It's true there is no TV but with the setup, that's probably a good thing. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper and I can confirm there are no fridges or microwaves in the room. 「The location of this hotel is great, even if the signage for it can be easy to miss. It's by tons of great shuco eateries and Z4 has a cosmopolitan, inclusive vibe. The room itself was rather hot and staff didn't have an extra fan for the room when we requested it. Rooms are not supplied with a lockbox.」

「On Sept. 12, I booked that night, I've arrived around 11PM, there was nobody there, I rang the bell few times, I called and there was no answer, it's more like a scam, I paid taxi to get there and to get out there.
