Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.
The most alarming issue is the entrance to the “hotel.”
There is no reception or lobby. Access is through a garage door, which stays closed during the day. To get in, you have to call a phone number and wait for someone to open it. This is a serious security concern. When I checked in, I had to wait on the street for about 10 minutes with my luggage before someone finally opened the door.
The staff was rude from the moment I arrived. There is absolutely no customer service. The facilities are in awful condition: there was no running water in the bathroom, and the toilet didn’t work.
On top of that, the place is extremely noisy, and getting any rest is nearly impossible. If you're looking for peace, safety, or even basic respect, this is not the place for you.
Avoid this place. Guatemala has far better options for the same price or less.
