We loved staying at this condo and we are marking it down for future use since we live close in Santo Domingo. It is just far enough away to feel like we’re escaping the city, but close enough to where it’s such a fast trip. We loved how the kitchen was stocked and I was able to cook every meal. We liked how the colmado was right across the street for quick access to ice and water and paper towels and napkins. And my husband loved having the central a/c. Our children were able to sleep comfortably, the complex was quiet, the pool and beach easy access, nobody really bothered us, the ocean was beautiful, we wish we had brought snorkeling gear because so much to see underwater, and the bathrooms by the pool areas were great so we didn’t have to go back upstairs. The only issues we encountered was that some of the lightbulbs were missing so it was a little dark in spots. And we did have a small issue with locking the door when we left as we are used to our similar security door automatically locking behind us. My husband figured it out though and it wasn’t really a big deal. It was a lovely comfortable apartment and we will return because we liked the entire facility and how well it is run.

Looks great but isolated and an empty space

This is Marbella complex, secured and isolated from the rest of the island. You can walk the beach for about 1/2 mile but only at the edge of the water, every property has a watchman who sends you back to the water. The apartment itself has basic stuff but it is bare, kitchen is unusable, and probably never used, no kitchen towels, the coffee maker jar does not fit the dripper.... even the salt and pepper shakers are empty and the top of the hotplate is shattered in pieces. For the price we paid, we could do better arranging with a private owner, not the Marbella management. They only provide cleaning and NOT responsible for any damages.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for a group of 2 adults and 2 children, the check-in process was convenient, and the pool and beach were wonderful for our entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.
