It was a very good experience. I will definitely come back, but I'd recommend bringing some mosquitoes reppelent for the nights.

Holes in the roof. Inside the property and on the balcony. Internet was turned off at 8am on the day I was leaving. Rooms were fine and well furnished just needed to walk around puddles.

The common area (pool, bar) and the staff were all exceptional. The unit-C224, was terrible. It was dirty, the exhaust hood over the stove was dangerous and about to fall apart, in one bathrooms, the sink leaked, in the other bathroom the shower head was broken. There were nails exposed in the floor-so keep your shoes on. There was a dank odor through the unit, bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The amenities in the unit were zero-no coffee maker, no hair dryer-really nothing, including the tv didn’t work. There is nothing nearby-no groceries or restaurants other than the complex bar/restaurant-at which the staff were excellent, but if you are there more than a couple days-you’d need a car to get anywhere to get any type of provisions. Cooking in this particular unit would no be advisable-dishes and appliances were in terrible shape. The complex was quiet and the grounds and pool area really well kept, so it was relaxing for a night or 2.

I had a situation that it rained into the visa that I was staying in. The second night I stayed it started raining outside and then it started pouring water inside the master bedroom, we had a sofa bed with no sheets, no pillows or anything, and there was two beds upstairs, which were dirty with dirty sheets. I let the hotel know if they can please return at least one night of my stay to get in touch with Expedia and they told me no and I have pictures to prove it.

Bueno con muchas cosas por mejorar

El sitio en general es bueno al igual que las habitaciones. Me fue muy bien con el check-in a pesar que llegué a la madrugada y en eso fueron diligentes. Les falta MUCHO en servicio y velocidad. El servicio es lento, la comida tarda por horas y pareciera que no están preparados para atender mucha gente al tiempo. Aunque nos colaboraron para ir a la playa, no es cierto que haya un club de playa y que el transporte sea en cualquier momento. Hay que pedirlo y esperar que esté disponible.
