  • Sleep to the ocean waves' sound in a quiet, comfortable and pleasant place, a paradise.
    The space
    Near the pier of Arroyo, restaurants, Guayama Mall, a good location. Quiet location, few neighbors, barbecue area, sink, and laundry. Comfortable, you can walk along the beach shore, have breakfast in front of the sea, and disconnect. An apartment can be rented and the price is divided in half.
    Guest access
    A completely private place.
    Other things to note
    Beautiful place, quiet, relaxing, excellent for family or couple enjoyment. Good location with everything you need, full kitchen, basic services, etc.

Beautiful & Relaxing

Private , beach is quaint can be cleaner but that is public but still super beautiful and enjoyable relaxing stay. The breeze and the sun were perfect.

Great Communication

The crew had nothing but wonderful things to say about the site. The host was easy to communicate with and made it simple for my crew to find the location as well as provided information on good things in the area. When we had to extend because the job took longer than expected, the host was quick to respond and help. We would definitely stay at this location for any future jobs in the area.
