「Nice property, great location」

「This was the most pleasurable home rental I have ever experienced. The home is well taken care of and maintained. The host has pool toys, games, toiletries, water shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, disposable cutlery and more! My daughters 13th bday was the day after we arrived and Ingrid decorated the living room with balloons and had a happy birthday song playing when we arrived, she bought her a cake and gave her a basket as well as a welcome basket for all of...

「I stayed for 5 days with my son. We loved the place and the neighborhood. We enjoyed the song of the coqui every night and the rooster every morning. If I come back to Caguas I will definitely stay at this place again. The house has everything you need. The owner always answers your calls no matter the time. I recommend this place 100%. 」

「We needed a place as a base camp to visit family while also large enough to host everyone during our visit. The host accommodated a last minute request and the rental did not disappoint. This house is located right on the ocean with direct access to a small beach area with plenty of space for family to gather. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and set while listening to the ocean. So relaxing!!! Its also is a perfect location to explore areas on the south side of the island.」

「Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar...
