“Good location. Comfortable rooms”

“Buen hotel, cómodo y acorde al precio. Muy buen desayuno.”

“Room was clean, but no amenities like water and coffee or tea in the room, and the safe box was small, the breakfast was good, but no variety of food, like vegetables or salad, in general is good option to sleep and stay but can be improved!”

“We had an amazing stay. Juan, Pedro and Roxanna were so welcoming and kind and made us feel at home immediately. The food is great - asado, home-cooked meals and snacks. The location is also stunning, in the hills just outside Mendoza city. We also enjoyed riding horses and hiking with Juan. My son thought this was the highight of our Argentina trip. Definitely recommended!”

“Good in general except that the room is not noise-canceling. You can hear the people talking and watching tv in the room just next to you.”

“La lugar es buena! Cerca de la Plaza de Italia y del centro, las habitaciones están limpias pero son viejas, los baños son decepcionantes y el mal olor sigue, la falta de atención al detalle en la limpieza !!”

“Great hotel. Very well designed room. A little noisy (outdoor noise from window and corridor). Very comfortable bed. Great pool and gym. Central location but perhaps not the buzziest part of Mendoza.”

“Overall, the stay was good for the price. The staff were lovely and the location is excellent. There are a few things that could be improved. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, and during cleaning only the bed sheets were changed — pillowcases, comforters and blankets were not, even when visibly dirty. Towels can only be changed every three days unless you pay around $10 per towel, which feels restrictive, especially since the shower lets quite a lot of water onto the bathroom floor and soaks……

“El staff fue muy amable, nos indicaron lugares donde pasar el día y almorzar, y el breakfast fue muy rico y variado.”

“As usual, in our experience, Hyatt has excellent service, good breakfasts, and the property is always kept looking clean.”

“It is close to the bus terminal but still have to walk from the outside to the hotel. And the breakfast is not too fresh, especially the bread. Some of the edges of the sanitary bath equipment are too sharp, it might be easier to get hurt from them.”

“L'Hôtel Portal Plaza Suites est très bien situé à Mendoza Capital. L'accueil a été très bon et très professionnel de la part du personnel. Les installations sont correctes et en bon état.”

“Could improve the breakfast offering”

“Muito aconchegante Funcionários ótimos Tudo limpo”

“Nice apartment, close to Mendoza city center. 25’ from the airport. Walking to shops restaurants parks.”
