「Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como.」

「Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! 」

「Nous avons apprécié la chambre, sa propreté et ses nombreux atouts (nombreux savons et shampoings, enceintes connectés, table avec fruits frais). Nous avons particulièrement aimé le spa et le petit déjeuner avec dans les deux cas un personnel irréprochable et attentif. Cependant le reste du personnel n'était pas au niveau pour un 5* surtout pour le prix que l'on paye (manque de sourire et d'engouement, professionnels mais nous avons eu l'impression qu'ils n'étaient pas heureux de travailler).
