"Communication was great and timely. Easy for Uber to pick us up from the apartment building. Grocery store was a few blocks away. There were a few coffee and pastry shops close by. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but it’s close within driving distance. "

"The studio apartment was adequate for 3 women travelling together. It is located one block away from the 24-hour street. Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it.
Communication was not good. On our last day we found out about the extra mattress disguised behind the bed; one of us slept in the sofa. We had a hard time to figure out how to open the door; we called a couple of times and got immediate answer, but it was hard to...

"I had a wonderful stay at Bulnes Eco Suites. The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job — everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Overall, the hospitality was truly outstanding and made the experience extra special. "What a wonderful property! All the staff were fabulous, kind and professional. The room was quite large with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed and great climate control. The area near the hotel was very walkable and safe. Excellent cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our only caveat was that the WiFi/internet was very inconsistent. It would drop your connection every few minutes and often the signal could not open most websites or the smart TV in the room. Annoying. The staff said it was not our room but the whole building, including the front desk computer. "
