“Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse……

“Room was spotless, staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very professional. Handled any issues immediately. The breakfast was good. The stay was more than i could have asked for. I would definitely recommend and return if given the opportunity.”

“Recomiendo al 100% este hotel, no solo porque está muy bien situado, en un lugar seguro y cerca de los puntos más turísticos de Buenos Aires, las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, el desayuno es delicioso y variado, sino porque lo más valioso es su personal!!! Todos son personas amables y respetuosas, dispuestas a colaborar en todo momento y que dan su milla extra! Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel y segura de que de volver a Buenos Aires me alojaría de nuevo en BYS Palermo. Felicitaciones……

“In the middle of the resaurants and bars district, easy for food and drinks but a bit far from the subway. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.”

“The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. He also helped us get a taxi to the airport on a rainy day with busy traffic which was super helpful. The apartment is close to 2 subway stations where you can……

“The unit was spacious and rooftop pool very useful. Laundry facilities were a bonus. However the property was poorly stocked. Very little utensils or supplies to cook or clean the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and after a request to have repaired no one showed to fix it. ”

“The apartment has two balconies with view to the street, it is in the heart of Alto Palermo, near by restaurants, mall, shops and transportation by bus and subway. Palermo is one of the best areas with beatiful parks to walk.”
