Our house is located a few minutes walk from downtown Guethary and the beach of Parlementia
This 140m2 house completely renovated with its own style, on a plot of 1500m2.
Everything has been done to make your vacation as pleasant as possible !!

Housing

Our accommodation is unique because of its location which is in a privileged residential area and because of its decoration. Indeed, a warm and friendly atmosphere emanates from this house. We wanted each room to have its own theme and to be a different decoration while having a common thread in the house which is wood ...

THE ROOMS:
There are 4 traditional bedrooms with double beds and a dormitory bedroom with a large double bed and 3 single beds.
The double beds have 160 * 200. (LUXURY hotel bedding).
Each bedroom has closets as well as its own TV.
3 bathrooms (2 with showers and one with shower and bath) as well as 4 Wc.
MOST:
We have washing machine, dryer and 2 dishwashers. ! As well as a fireplace for long winter evenings.
PARKING: can accommodate 3 cars.
EXTERIOR: It has two large terraces with a pizza oven. As well as outdoor benches for napping or aperitif !!!

2 NIGHTS RENTAL POSSIBILITY: Price on request

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 2000 € must be provided upon arrival by check or cash. Returned at the reception of the house.

An outstanding holiday.

We were a party of 11 including 5 children between the ages of 1 and 7 and twog over 80s. The property was the perfect choice for all our requirements. Lots of space inside and out, excellent facilities and a well equipped kitchen. The blow up paddling pool was a welcome unadvertised extra for the little ones. Close at hand were a patisserie, a food shop, a pizzeria and a restaurant. The beach was within walking/push chair distance. Thank you Audrey and Jenny for giving us an outstanding holiday
