Magnificent apartment with breathtaking views facing the ocean.
The apartment is located along the promenade along the sea and on the edge of a small one-way street which makes this apartment a quiet place where you will only hear the sound of the sea. It is located on the third floor of a small four-story complex. It also has an elevator
This apartment is made for a pensioner couple looking for tranquility and sun, where everything is within walking distance.
The apartment is very bright with its picture window which covers the entire width of the apartment.
The apartment is completely renovated with great taste and with a very high-end finish
It is equipped with a living room sofa bed for two people, a TV and a ceiling fan, A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, hood and dishwasher. All the kitchen utensils you need are also at your disposal.
The bathroom is fitted with a cabinet, a walk-in shower 80/120, a toilet and a washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.60m bed with very good quality bedding, two walk-in closets and a ceiling fan.
You will find dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
You can only fall in love with this apartment with its magnificent view, its walks, its beach and its fishing port a few dozen away.

Einfach nur traumhaft :-)

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen in dieser fantastischen Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Geschäfte und Gaststätten fußläufig super zu erreichen. Auch zum Baden gehen ist es nicht weit. Hier finest du Ruhe und Entspannung und kannst von hier aus die gesamte Insel erkundigen. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus direkt am Meer. Der Balkon bietet einen super Ausblick auf das Meer, mit einem schönen Sonnenuntergang. Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht. Übergabe und Checkin funktionierte problemlos. Der einzige negative Punkt den wir empfanden, war das Schlafzimmer. Dieses befindet sich zum Treppenhaus. Dort ist es morgens sehr laut, was wir sehr stört empfanden. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung Top

Excellent apartment - lovely location

Cannot fault the apartment and location. We stay in about 3 self-catering apartments a year and I rate this in the top 3 we have ever stayed in. View excellent, accommodation perfect, air-conditioning in the bedroom, great quality kitchen utensils, opening of the glass wall brings the outside in. The small town is a great place to relax and good selection of restaurants (you know it is not a touristy place as many restaurants only open 5 days a week and are full of locals). We plan to return in 2026.

Das Apartment war sauber und ruhig gelegen direkt an der Promenade. Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants Der Strand ist etwas steinig und für ins Meer sind Strandschuhe zu empfehlen

Das Appartement verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ist sehr sauber. First-Class Apartment direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Playa San Juan in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit direktem Meerblick. Playa San Juan ist eines der letzten urtümlichen Fischerdörfer, welche noch nicht vollkommen touristisch verbaut sind. Pizzeria Plazale, Mexikaner Chintumá Taqueria und Bäckerei 100% Bread (alle 3 nebeneinander im Dorfkern) sind absolut klasse. Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort für 2 Personen und ist gut ausgestattet. Wenn nochmal Teneriffa, dann auf jeden Fall wieder hier hin :-)

Perfect getaway

When you enter this property you are immediately impressed, it’s very cool and modern. All the fixtures and fittings are perfect for a self catering holiday, with a washing machine, dishwasher and oven with hob and all the utensils and crockery you will need. The bathroom and shower is of very good quality and a pleasure to use after a day on the close by beach. The bedroom has plenty of room with ample storage for clothing etc. The mattresses is of a high standard (very comfortable) and the bed is a standard double… perfect. The living area is very comfortable and modern like the rest of the apartment and the balcony which it leads to is wonderful…. As is the view that greets you, AMAZING! There is a lift to get you to the floor on which the apartment is situated, so there’s no need to negotiate steps at any point, unless of course you need some exercise to work off the calories from the lovely nearby restaurants. I have to give this apartment 10/10 it was worth every penny.

Apartamento bonito, práctico y funcional

El apartamento está situado en pleno paseo marítimo, así que tiene unas vistas magníficas desde la terraza, teniendo sol desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer. Está todo nuevo, reformado con gusto, cómodo y práctico. La única cosa a mejorar: poner unas cortinas que tapen la luz de la ventana de la habitación, pues como esas ventanas dan al pasillo del edificio, entra la luz cuando los vecinos entran y salen de sus casas. Como cuando fuimos estábamos en pandemia, había toque de queda de 23h a 7h y no había ruido por las noches en ese pasillo, pero no sé cómo será en una situación normal, por lo que recomiendo poner algo para evitar luz y ruidos. PD. Cuando fuimos en la TV sólo se podían ver canales franceses. Compramos un cable de antena para conectar la tele a la TDT, y ahora también se puede ver la TDT.

Fijn appartement. Prachtig uitzicht.

Na de eerste dag we geconfronteerd met de lockdown. Daardoor hebben we veel tijd in het appartement moeten doorbrengen. En dat was geen straf door het mooie uitzicht en het fijne balkon. Verder was alles aanwezig wat nodig was om zelfverzorgend te zijn. Dankjewel!
