The place is optimally located near shops, plazale, playground, beach, restaurants. It has all you need for cooking. A comfortable sofa for evening relaxation and tv with a lot of programmes. The parking on the street can be challenging. We could use an extra cutting board for the vegetables or orange/lemon squeeze. Very spaceous place. For extra comfort there could be some books to read (like a little library), or games for the kids to play like cards or beach toys we could borrow so you do not need to buy them ( that would be an extra, since all you need is there).

Great location near the square. The apartment is maintained to a high standard modern clean and very well equipped. There is access to a wonderful Roof Terrace which is available to everyone and was a great addition to the property.

I would absolutely stay in Juan José's apartment again. It was spotless, had everything we needed, Juan José was very friendly and communication with him was easy. The apartment is a short walk to a beach where you can swim and a variety of restaurants and shops. The view from the rooftop is lovely during the day and stunning at night. I would defintely recommend staying here.
