Experiencia muy disfrutable, como en ocasiones anteriores. Personal atento y eficiente. Tal vez el hotel exige algo más de mantenimiento en las instalaciones, por ejemplo en el revestimiento de las piscinas

Todo muy bien, habitación muy linda
Las instalacion también excelente.
Recomendación: debería tener dispensador de agua caliente ya q la mayoría de la gente toma mate y pidiéndole a el personal lo distrae y le quita tiempo para las funcuones festacadas
El buffet muy bueno salvo los platos calientes que realmente debe de ser calientes. Quiza faltaba temperatura en el agua de mantenimiento
El resto todo muy bien gracias

Un hermoso lugar para las familias con más reglas.
Las instalaciones excelentes así como el trato del personal y la comida. Me pareció que estaba reservado por muchas personas lo que dificulto el disfrute de espacios comunes tornandolo resort pero no spa. Había muchos niños sin la mirada atenta de sus padres por las escaleras y corredores. Creo que como en todos los hoteles que ido hay reglas de respeto, cuidado y horas (23 hs) para asegurar el descanso y cuidado de niños y adultos. Gracias

El comentario es que en la pagina decia servicio full aclarando solo que la merienda tenia costo, al llegar al check out aparecio en el restaurante el cobro de cafe y bebidas en el almuerzo y cena!!!,La verdad que en un hotel 4 estrellas no se puede ser tan rata de cobrar eso, es decir es all inclusive o que?. saludos.por supuesto no vuelvo.

Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y de buena calidad
El servicio del restaurant malo ,no se podia elegir el menu, los mismos platos y escasos, no habia un barcito donde comer algo ligero a media mañana o media tarde , muy necesario ya que el hotel esta ubicado en medio del campo.
Tampoco tenia una pava electrica ni una cafetera
