You will appreciate its location close to the coast and its double exposure, ideal for enjoying the sun all day long on the terraces around the barbecue, on the sun loungers or in the garden.
This property of over 170m2 can accommodate up to 10 people (5 bedrooms).

- 1st lounge with sofa, armchairs and wood-burning stove.
- Dining room with large table for up to 12 guests.
- 2nd lounge, large sofa and television with access to the terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and garden access.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed 160/200 and dressing room.
- Shower room with double washbasin.
