“Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. I stayed in the Cliffwood room, which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler (in other words, although smaller than the other rooms, it did not feel too small). “It can be hard trying to choose a place to stay lately, especially since AI has blown up. I'm so happy I gave this place a chance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel like they didn't want to be there. When we checked out at noon (which is an amazing checkout time), they held our luggage and bags for us. When we came back many hours later they offered to let us use the restroom before going to the train station. Most places in NYC don't want anything to do with you……

The jetted tubs were divine with plenty of hot water the towel warmer was a nice bonus. The room was fully stocked with glassware and a corkscrew which was appreciated.
