“We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. “My wife and I both agreed that the overnight stay we had there was very good, everything you could have wanted was there, the bed was lovely and the room was spot on. “The room we had was fairly run down. In particular it had a strong and unpleasant odour. At first we thought having the windows open would help. But part way through the night the smell was so terrible we were awake.
In the morning we realised it must have been mildew and mold. Some of the glass window pains had black mould, not only around the edges but in the middle of the glass.
We left pretty early because we couldn't be in the room anymore. On check out we let the staff know and they……
