“We have great relaxed time at the Caterina apartments. Very clean, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We stayed in a court yard view apartment and it wasn’t over looked. The shops and countless cafes and restaurants are all nearby. The metro and bus station isn’t far either.
Great modern apartment and it provided a great base for a relaxed stay. ”

“This is a gorgeous apartment - very spacious, with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs and a hihe kitchen, living room, dining room, and small powder room upstairs. There's a small terrace off the bedroom and a very large one off the living room. The staff were very friendly and gave us many useful tourist information. The location of the hotel is not far from most of the attractions. The location is good. The rooms and facilities are excellent. Although there is no breakfast, there are traditional markets, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. “This was such a charming apartment, high ceilings, lots of windows, very clean and well-furnished. The location was perfect for us with access to the metro and buses but also walkable to lots of attractions. The checkin instructions were clear and the staff were very helpful. “We loved this apartment in Porto! It was close to the Sao Bento train station (10 min walk), laundromat (3 minute walk), grocery store (5 min walk) and some great restaurants. Kyle was awesome for communication and always communicated in a timely manner. The apartment itself is really great- awesome kitchen and living room area. We loved the fact that they had a water filtration system on the second floor so we could always fill up our water bottles! We highly recommend! ”

“We were three people staying in this property. The unit is located about 20 minutes walk from Santa Catarina Steet, and 25 min to Lello library, which was a treat to visit. “Excellent communication and very friendly! Driver picked us up at airport and took us to office because the apartment wasn’t ready yet. They let us store bags there. "The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"

"The room is spacious and clean.
However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later.
Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue."
