「This apartment was very clean and in a great location. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. It was super tricky to park in the garage & stall provided, even for our small car, so we found it easier just to pay to park on the street. There is a learning curve to accessing the links to get into the building and the apartment, but we figured out a system and then it was quite easy. I would give five stars, except the mattresses were terrible! I’ve traveled all over the world...

"Friendly front desk, but room cleaning needs improvementThe reception staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement. A cleaning staff member accidentally broke a cup in our room, but left numerous glass shards all over the floor and even some on the bed, which was quite dangerous. Fortunately, after we reported the issue to the reception, another staff member came immediately and cleaned everything up thoroughly. While the quick resolution was highly appreciated, I hope management trains their housekeeping team better to prevent such safety hazards."
