"Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies"

Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need, and service that sets the bar — from check-in to checkout, the staff were there every step, attentive without being intrusive. You barely touch a door; they anticipate what you need before you ask. The highlight was the rooftop open-air dining. Great food, and a view over Bacolod that turns a meal into a memory. It’s the kind of setting you slow down for. If you want a hotel in Bacolod that delivers genuine first-class service and gets every detail right, this is the one. An easy recommendation, and a place I’d return to without hesitation."

"Seda Atria exceeded every expectation. The room was spotless and comfortable, the amenities were top-tier, and the location in the Atria Park District put everything within easy reach. But what truly made the stay was the people. Two front-desk team members, Yna and Kyla, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Warm, genuinely helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive — they’re the kind of staff that turns a good hotel into one you want to return to. If you’re looking for a place in Iloilo that gets the details right and treats you like more than a booking number, this is it. I’ll be back."

"I love that we're a 2 minute walk to the SM Mall. The pool is beautiful, the family loved it. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Isaac went up several times! I loved ordering dinner up to our room. Everytime I ordered ice, it was up quickly. We call Zuri Hotel our home away from home! We come up every two months for my immigration renewal!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice—once for a week in January 2025 and again for 10 days this year—and both experiences were excellent. One of the things I love most is its convenient location. It’s close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlights, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. I also love spending time at the pool and bar area—it’s the perfect place to relax after a day out, and they serve some really delicious drinks. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued throughout both stays. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit"
