“Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. And all of this in a location that is smack in the middle of everything downtown. I have nothing negative to say. Only thanks for a great stay.”

“This was a nice hotel to relax with family on a day trip the only thing i was concern is during the recent earthquake in Butuan city the staff did not have coordination during that time we have to run down stairs & No staff notify us it was okay to go back to our room. So i suggest that thier should be an asign staff for risk health management to coordinate with the costumers where to do during any foreseen an avoidable events.
Overall, my sister and her grandkid enjoyed staying in this……
