Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison tout à fait adaptée pour un groupe de 8 personnes. L’emplacement est idéal. L’accès est facile et bien indiqué.Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L’équipe s’est montrée à notre écoute et nous a donné plusieurs lieux à découvrir pour agrémenter notre séjour. Un sans faute !

DO NOT STAY HERE

This property had long sharp nails sticking out of the top step which my daughter slashed her leg on, the toilet seat was broken and falling off and the shower leaked making the floor tiles like an ice rink and I slipped and hit my head. When you placed your hand on the bannister it was thick with grease. The 'large dressing room' has a sloping roof so unless you are under 5ft tall you can't stand up in it, this is also true of one of the bedrooms, you would have to be 5ft or less to use it. When we complained several times about the nails, the toilet seat, the leaking shower, the dirt, the misrepresentation of the property's details to the agency who represents the property (who they themselves described as a 'bad owner') his response was 'do not send me any more emails about this'. We paid good money to stay here, we treated the property with respect, but the owner showed us no respect. Even when my daughter slashed her leg on the nails, he said nothing. It is outrageous that he can take you money but when you have valid complaints he refusing to apologise or communicate. Also for the record, should you still want to stay here, bear in mind that you can see and hear the busy motorway from the garden and also the back bedroom. Thanks to this owner and his refusal to even acknowledge that his property fell short on several fronts we had a miserable time as we felt really cheated.

Weekverblijf

We verbleven op dit park met ons gezin. Op de advertentie van VRBO staat 2 badkamers, helaas is dit niet het geval. Eén badkamer en een apart toilet. Ook is er geen licht boven de eetkamer en in de veranda, niet zo gezellig. Huisje staat geadverteerd voor 8 personen, maar het is niet omdat er 8 bedden zijn, dat het ook voor 8 personen geschikt is. De ijskast staat niet in de keuken, maar buiten wegens gebrek aan ruimte binnen... Het park zelf kan ook wel eens een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Het zwembad is op zich in orde, maar geen speeltuigen voor de kinderen. Een balletje mag niet in het zwembad (wat ik op zich nog wel begrijp) Het voetbalveld heeft meer weg van een uitgedroogde akker. Personeel, zowel in het winkeltje als aan het zwembad is wel zeer vriendelijk. Reserveren van bedlinnen is niet aangewezen, was van papier en dus niet comfortabel (de matrassen zijn zeker OK) Kregen ook niet het juiste linnen mee. Waarschijnlijk wat miscommunicatie... Prijs kwaliteit vind ik dit een dure accomodatie.

Séjour Gujan mestras

Bien pour un court séjour. Maison annoncée pour 8, cependant 1 seule petite salle de bains donc 8 personnes pour 1 seule douche ce n'est pas confortable et très limite pour l'eau chaude... d'autre part une des chambres mansardée équipée de 2 petits lits est très basse de plafond donc pas adaptée pour des adultes, 1 lit quasi inaccessible. Perite terrasse très agréable avec salon de jardin et parasol, parfait ! Attention cependant pas de table et chaises pour manger dehors, bien dommage... Pas d'avis à donner sur les infrastructures de la résidence car la piscine n'était pas encore ouverte fin mai. Donc en résumé bien pour un court séjour entre adultes et pas trop nombreux. Par contre pour un séjour avec enfants bien placé car proche parcs animations...
