"We had an excellent and relaxing time here, the views from the living room, kitchen, and covered 2nd story coverd deck were amazing and beautiful. House was clean and maintained, and the host was easy to reach, and respinsive for questions. All necessities were supplied, and appliances were new and operational. "The house was as promised. There were 5 bedrooms and the beds were decent. There were no dressers of any kind in any of the bedrooms. There was one 2 drawer night stand in each room. No where to put luggage except on the bed. No where to store folding clothes except to leave in the luggage on the floor. There were 3 bathrooms and NONE of them had enough towel racks or hooks for wet towels. With 9 people as we had and bath towels and beach towels there was not enough hanging hooks or towel racks."

The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. "WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. "I’ll start with the good- it was the perfect spot for us for vacation. The property was very clean and had plenty for us to do. We walked to the water and played in the pool and stopped for ice cream a couple times. The setup was great! The mattress however was awful. I felt like I was sleeping in hole- mostly because I was. So that part was definitely a let down. I didn’t rest well the entire trip but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would likely go back again one day! "

"Went here for a mom-cation. The hotel was clean, including the moment I opened the door to my room, which smelled clean and fresh. The staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful. I wish the umbrellas and chairs on the beach were charged to the room so i could keep valuables in my room and not on the beach, but not big enough for me to take points away. Good food options nearby and within walking distance. The gym was a big reason I selected this hotel and not others nearby. It is by far the best hotel gym I've ever been in. Overall, I do plan on going back, hopefully bringing my family, but if not, I'll be back for mom-cation again. Oh, and if you're lucky you can see the Blue Angels from the beach in the distance, or take ride share over to the base which is about 30 minutes (give yourself time to get through the gate which can be an additional 10 mins). "
