Tv and internet didn’t work, shower door seal at bottom leaked water on the floor and we called the front desk to ask for more towels but no body brought them. Other than the flood in bathroom the stay was nice. Good bed and pillows but loud a/c unit

Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach by IHG
The girl that checked me in was delightful. She was very efficient and very sweet. The room was nice and large and very clean.We did not have a balcony or beach view, but we did have a view of the Bay.

Kitchen is fully equipped and air conditioning keeps us comfortable. Staff are very helpful, the property is clean and very accommodating. Location is very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.
