“Great little condo, very clean. Easy access to the beach. Owner was very nice. Close to everything and the pools were great! We would definitely stay again! It’s right across from the stairs which was great for us but if you need to use the elevator it’s a bit of a walk. Word of warning though, this is not handicap friendly. “The condo needed some floor repairs. The floors were not level. The flooring in both bathrooms was coming up due to this, the hall bathroom toilet felt like you were leaning backwards. "Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )"
