The property was perfect for two people. It was right on the beach with a pier that led right to the sand. The communication from the managers as to what to bring and what would be provided was spot on. There were no nasty surprises. And there were numerous places to dine within a mile, to include a restaurant right on the beach in front of the hotel.

Room clean has everything you need. Perfect for two people. Short walk to the beach from elevator. Parking is the only problem you may have to park across the street

Great place

The location was good as it was close enough to walk to key places but just far enough from the extremely busy public beach area and parking. The beach and the restaurant on the beach at the site were active but not super busy as the stretch of beach towards the public parking area was. Having a pool on site was also very nice.

40th Anniversary

Condo pictures were accurate in listing! Very cute place for two! Great location very close to the beach…with an excellent restaurant nearby! Elevator was very quick w/no wait time! We would definitely stay at the Boardwalk again! We enjoyed celebrating our 40th anniversary at the Boardwalk in Gulfshores!

Crowded Beach

There's a restaurant in and back up hotel. People park across the street in free parking . They make like they're going to the restaurant but use it as access to the beach which makes for overcrowding for those that are paying to stay at the hotel.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in was smooth and easy. We were right on the beach and had a beautiful view. Kitchen was well stocked. We didn't have any complaints at all. We would come back to this location again.

Beautiful

Very clean, gorgeous view, had absolutely no issues. The AC was nice and cold even with the heat outside. We didn’t want to leave! I was unsure of what needed to be done with the bedding or dirty towels so I put the bedding in the washer and piled towels up in the bathroom.
