Great location!

We loved our stay here! Great location, the beach wasn’t that busy, and within walking distance to Sea and Suds and the pier. It was a great vacation, we would love to stay here again.

The perfect location to stay at Gulf Shores!

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed 5 nights here. We loved the location of the property because it was located just before more of the busy area of Gulf Shores, but only a couple minute drive to all the popular restaurants and activities. We loved being next to the fishing pier too. Located on the 7th floor gave us the most perfect, gorgeous view from our balcony!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, right next to the state park. The condo was cute, and the kitchen was stocked well. Received excellent service from the property management company before, during and after our stay (wallet fell out my backpack, they called me immediately and shipped it to me.) Master bed/bath did feel a little cramped, but the comfort of the king size bed made it worth it. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Excellent home, enjoyed our stay, love to revisit

The home is well furnished with all amenities, is very well situated for hiking, skiing, visiting castles etc. The hosts are very caring, warm and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place and would love to revisit in my next vacation.

This was just perfect for the two of us. Helga und Franz provided everything we needed, the accommodation was very well prepared and in a nice quiet location. We would book again and recommend this great apartment to others.

Wunderbar

This is our 2nd visit. Helga and Franz gave us a warm welcome and showed us the modern kitchen complete with dishwasher that has just been fitted. It is a quiet location and everything is spotlessly clean and tidy. This is a great location if you want to visit the mountains summer or winter.

Disappointed family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started out super excited. The unit has a priceless oceanfront view right on the beach. But.... The unit was dirty from the first day (towels, bedsheets, and toilet seat had hair on them). Furthermore, the sofa pullout bed had black spots all over the sheets. Our family of 4 ended up sleeping on the same bed the entire trip (which the king size mattress was so uncomfortable). A new cleaning company is suggested! Bender realty did provide us with new towels and sheets. However, they mentioned some compensation back to us for the troubles, but we never got any money back at all. No communication back from Bender Realty.Overall, my family would NOT recommend this unit.

Entspannung in ruhiger Lage

Großartige Umgebung, sehr ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Ausstattung einfach aber funktional, es fehlte an nichts! Sogar Handtuchwechsel wurde uns angeboten, obwohl wir nur eine Wocheda waren. Wir werden wieder kommen, vielen Dank!

Sommer, Sonne, Berge - Erholung!

Wir drei haben zum ersten Mal in der Region Allgäu Urlaub gemacht - und gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr vorgemerkt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für zwei Wochen braucht. Aber Achtung für Leute, die größer als 1,90 Meter sind. Niedriger Deckenbalken! Einziges Manko: Das Internet funktionierte bei uns in der Wohnung sehr unregelmäßig - aber guter Empfang auf dem Platz der Feuerwehr... Die Wirtin ist sehr nett und die Tochter kam abends auch rüber und wir hatten ein paar schöne Abende auf dem Balkon. 13 Tage Sonne am Stück (!) im Juni sind natürlich nicht garantiert für 2024 - aber die Gegend ist schon gesegnet mit tollen Zielen: Ausgebauter Iller-Radweg auf ca. 50 km, tolle Seen in der Nähe und so viele Bergbahnen, dass wir in 2 Wochen nicht alle geschafft haben. Höhepunkt: Die Fahrt ins Kleinwalsertal. Ein wirklich geniales Bergpanorama Richtung Schweiz und Österreich. Gut, dass der Blitz am Abend vorher in die andere Bergbahn eingeschlagen hatte und wir uns kurzfristig für diesen Berg umentscheiden mussten... Leider ein sehr steiler Abstieg ins Tal! Für Kinder und Ältere kaum geeignet. Tipps für Neulinge: Sepplwirt im Nachbardorf Winkel beim Eingang zur Klamm. Und natürlich die große Breitachklamm, der glasklare Alpsee, dazu der Coaster mit der längsten Strecke in Deutschland auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Fußgängerzone in Sonthofen, wo keine Geschäfte leerstehen. 2024, wir kommen wieder!

Urlaub im Allgäu

Kleine, aber sehr feine und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Waren mit 2 Kindern (5 & 8) in der Unterkunft, es war völlig ausreichend und auch den Kids hat es richtig gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung weiter.

Geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Ausstattung der Küche super, restlichen Räume zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einziger Nachteil, dass der Balkon nicht direkt an der Wohnung ist. Vermieter sehr nett. Ausflüge direkt von zuhause aus möglich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. Empfehlenswert.
