Sitting atop the Doral tower, this condo offers stunning views and a tranquility you can only get from a Penthouse. This unit boasts a gulf-front master bedroom with balcony access, a king-size bed, TV, and an expansive master bath with tiled shower. The second bedroom is spacious, accommodating two twin beds, a TV, and its own private full bath.
Notable features include a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless appliances. This opens into the gulf-front dining and living areas, complete with a full-size sleeper sofa, a large TV, and balcony access. The oversized balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, offers breathtaking views of the pristine white sandy beaches. Additionally, the unit includes a washer and dryer, as well as wireless internet access.
As the only full-service resort-style complex on Alabama's Gulf Coast, the Beach Club offers an array of amenities. On-site dining options include a gulf-front restaurant with stunning views and a casual atmosphere, serving fresh steaks and seafood, and an entertainment-filled dining venue with flat-screen TVs, pool tables, and more. The Beach Club is conveniently located minutes away from world-class golf courses such as The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, and Craft Farms. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rental is available for a fee. You can call eight five zero-three five three-three two seven six to reserve them. This does NOT require membership to the Beach Club.
Most of the amenities are fully included with your stay (several pools, restaurants, etc). However, access to the owners pool, steam rooms, saunas, and services at the spa are an additional fee paid to the Beach Club directly. Unrestricted access to all of the amenities is charged per unit, not per person. Details regarding fees can be obtained directly from the Beach Club.
PARKING REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB
Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration policy at The Beach Club goes into effect. All guest reservations are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay (this is included with your rental). We will pre-register you with the guardhouse, so that you can pickup your pass upon arrival. There is a limit of 2 vehicles per condo. If you have day visitors, they will be charged a $7 “Day Pass” fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee- cash will not be accepted.
