Our stay was very underwhelming. Upon arrival, we were let into our double sided condo by a member of the rental company. Immediately the team member informed us that some work had been done in condo b. The work done was not small, rather it was substantial. Industrial fans were left in condo b and it smelled like chemicals. The rental company called the team who did the work to come gather the two large and loud fans. The fans were never picked up as promised, so we had the pleasure of having them the entire weeklong stay.
Once we unpacked our vehicles, we were able to really grasp the underwhelming nature of both condos. Dirty is an understatement. There were stains on the rugs (resembling vomit), finger prints all over the walls, dirt on the floor, baseboards not attached to walls, laminate flooring spreading apart, stains on the linens, unhealthy pillow options (yellow and stained), not enough towels for the 15 of us staying there, a woman’s bra and a tortilla found in each pullout bed, no cleaning supplies, sparse cooking utensils, door handles that do not lock, dust caked on the exhaust fan, and the trashcan outside of the condo was full of the previous renters trash for the entire week.
The description of this rental is incredibly deceiving. It is not a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is not clean. The condo does not sleep 8 comfortably. If you choose to rent out only one side of the condo be prepared to hear the guests renting the condo next door.
