The property manager made us feel like we called at inappropriate times as it was 1am when we woke up to water spewing from the toilet tank. Water was in 3 of the rooms at this point. Someone came with two GIANT dehumidifiers, but never cleaned up all the toilet water we were walking through. So we had to use the 5 towels they had given for our stay!(there were 8 people in our room for these 5 towels that we sopped up toilet water with!)
They left the dehumidifiers in the small bathroom for over 36 hours which made that bathroom unusable. ( plus they were LOUD and the electric cords were running through water on the groundAND there was a tube dripping the toilet water into the sink)🤢
One of the outlets was brown/ burnt and it shot sparks when we tried to use it.
You basically had to leave light switches ON for outlets to work to charge your phone!????
There was sand in two of our beds upon arrival.
The shower door fell off into the tub ... TWICE! When we called... they asked if it shattered. Since it didn’t we were toLd to steer clear of the danger and they’d come look at it the next day. Everyone should use the ONE BATHROOM!!!!!’ To shower and take care of other business!!!
We basically had maintenance men in and out THE ENTIRE time.
At first I emailed the property manager 5 times with several question about getting towels and parking. No response... when I called ... she told me they don’t answer emails since it was their busy time!😳😳😳😳( May 12-16)
We got a parking ticket.
Kitchen was ill equipped, no bar stools, and there is no table on the small balcony to enjoy.
There were so many debacles that it almost became COMICAL!
We were offered no recourse, no room change, no rebate..... NOTHiNG!
I’ve never dealt with a condo in such poor condition, or a property manager so shady with customer service.
Worst vacation we have ever had, and we go to Orange Beach/GulfShores 2x per years. I have NEVER left a bad review!
