The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, making it perfect for a small family or group of friends looking for a budget-friendly option.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on one of the two large covered porches, extending your living space outside. The location couldn't be more ideal - just a short walk across the street to the beach and close to all the great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. And with a full kitchen and shared laundry facilities, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Parking can be limited along the beach, but this property allows for 1-2 cars per reservation - no boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area. And as a NON-SMOKING unit, this bungalow is perfect for those who prefer a smoke-free environment.

On the day of your arrival, your entry codes will be texted to you, making check-in a breeze. And for monthly rentals, make sure to book within the same calendar month to receive a special monthly rate. Please note that this unit has stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. And to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we strictly enforce a minimum age of 25 for all renters.

Property needs work
First the place was clean but dusty, hadn’t been stayed in for awhile. Bed was comfy and clean. The bad things were maintenance. Towel rack and toilet paper holders falling off the wall. Bathroom door knob falling off.. shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The biggest problem was no maintenance on the furnace/AC. It didn’t work when we needed it the last two days. That was the straw that broke the camels back. They offered to come and fix it, but we were not going to allow or wait around for someone to come to look and maybe fix. That to me is a maintenance issue big time and Kevin seemed surprised. All in all a beautiful location and very nice lady down stairs.

We loved the location, and the fact there no properties on either side so it was quiet and gorgeous outside at night! We did find the place cozy & quaint, a bit out dated, But filthy in areas. Huge long cracks in the tile in the bedroom, and cracks by the front doors too. The kitchen baseboards were disgusting dirty with food etc. so gross. Bathroom baseboards were dirty also. Refrigerator door on the outside was filthy, maybe some rust but who could tell. I noticed a glass end table which we did not use was filthy with dust and ring marks all over it from previous cups? Maybe it’s a issue with the cleaners. It’s tiny but cozy and should not take much to clean properly at all. Because of the uncleanliness, We will not come back.
