Quick beach getaway with family

Clean and comfortable in a great location that is convenient to anything you need. Nothing fancy but a great value. No problems whatsoever. Communication was excellent!

Oyster Festival Weekend

We had the best stay! The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and a baby. Location was close to the Hangout where we attended the oyster festival. Everyone had their own bed/bath with privacy for everyone. Really had a nice trip. Weather was perfect too!

Beware of fees

Beautiful condo. Spacious and clean. Great views. Easy to find. Private beach. The only downside is the parking fee and the other fees that turn a $200 dollar stay into an $800 stay.

The condo was very clean and had everything needed to make the stay warm and welcoming. The property was located right in the thick of many restaurants and bars as well as shopping. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again in the future. Thank you!

We had only 2 issues come up, one a minor issue with a toaster and the other a big security concern for us because we were traveling with my 5 year old niece who has autism. I shared our concerns via text about not having an interior door reinforcement lock at the top of our door even though the door had a regular automatic lock. Flight of kids with autism is a crippling fear for their parents. In less than 24 hours, sunset properties had contacted the owners for approval and had an incredibly kind maintenance man come in to install the top lock for us. Our maintenance guy even gave us some tips on great places to eat and was from our home state. We felt so much safer knowing my niece couldn’t run out of the condo at any second. I was so impressed with the responsiveness of sunset properties and the owners on this accommodation that I felt obligated to share. 10/10 on communication, responsiveness, and accommodating special needs families! Thanks for a great stay and taking our concern about the lock seriously. I think it’s also a great additional security feature that other customers will appreciate as well.
