Loved our stay at "It's the Gulf"!

We enjoyed our time at Gulf Shores. The communication was excellent. Julie answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Very nice property!

This property is newly built with a pleasant, modern beach decor. Very clean with a nicely supplied kitchen and bedding, We would definitely rent here again.

Favorite Beach Place

Everything was perfect! The cottage has everything you need. You don’t need to leave except go to the beach (which is a short walk). It’s clean, it’s beautiful and my absolute favorite for a quiet family get away! Also, two amazing restaurants on the property!

Perfect Christmas Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time with 9 adult family members from NC, TX and TN. The comfortable beds, heated pool, beach, sleeping arrangements, technology, pickle ball court and grill were all used by us. The dining table was perfect not only for meals but for all of our favorite games we played. Kitchen was very conveniently laid out for buffet eating and outdoor seating was pleasant.

Gulf Shore Vacation

The house was a perfect fit for a family of 9. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are tennis, raquet, and pickle ball courts. The house felt like a home away from home, and we cannot wait to come back. It is a bit a drive to orange beach and gulf shores, but a perfect location if you want to be away from the crowds.

It really is the gulf at the beach !

This house was clean and my entire family felt super comfortable! Plenty of room and space ! The pool was amazing and even the short walk to the beach was so convenient. Host was super attentive and felt like they were on standby ready to fix any issues we had! The area felt super safe and the staff issuing rides were so helpful and polite!

Tennis Tournament Get Away

We are all 65 and older ladies who still play tennis and enjoy competing in tournaments. The house was so perfect for us, after a long day on the courts we had a beautiful new home with pool, comfortably furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were so luxurious with great linens we slept great! I will recommend this property to my family and friends.

Beach Club #41

The house was very nice but we did have a few issues. The BBQ pit was very dirty when we got there and had to clean all the grates and grease pan ourselves. There was paint peeling off the stairway wall and one cabinet did not close. Other than these small things, we had a great time. Property was very nice and easily accessible!

Fabulous house and pool

Each family had their own bath and private space. The star of this house is the pool! Large and lighted! The built in grill with natural gas hookup was great! Julie with Signature was amazing!

Broken promises

I have rented many properties through VRBO. This has been by far my worst. They promised a warm pool. It never got warm. The technician lied and said it would be warm in 3 hours. We have a pool at home and it takes 12 to 24. The house and the pool were dirty with no attempts to correct the issue. There was a Desani water bottle (trash) behind the master bedroom nightstand. The kitchen potholder and towels were dirty. This was very disappointing my family was invited to a warm pool because we have a cold one at home. We were nickeled and dimed to death. Charge $200 for parking which is ridiculous. I will NEVER again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "It's the Gulf" Beach Cottage #41 was a wonderful cottage. The cottage was very clean and well-maintained. (I am very picky where I stay and it has been my favorite accommodation so far at the Beach Club). The kitchen has a large dining table to seat the whole family and it was fully stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated with wonderful linens and mattresses. The family room was relaxing and comfortable. It was a close walk to the beach and it was so nice in the afternoon to enjoy the pool at the cottage. We will definitely be back and stay at this accommodation again. Thank you for letting us stay!
