We loved the layout for our group, but had a few minor maintenance issues (smoke alarm chirping first night, toilets that kept running/needed float or chain adjustment, and a light fixture/fan over dining table that wouldn’t come on). The property could use some refreshing , some of the kitchen doors were out of alignment so they didn’t close e right, and the paint was multiple layers thick but scratched in many areas. Cleanliness was B - moldy grout in a shower, and so much sand in front bedroom rug it crunched! Overall we would rent again but unit could use a refresh!
