It was a spacious condo in the perfect spot! The grounds at the beach club are just beautiful! Great view of the ocean and the swings were a plus.

Comfortable and met our needs

With younger kids, I wanted a condo that wasn’t too high off the ground but also not bottom floor. This served our needs perfectly. It was clean and had all the basic needs available.

Condo was great

Condo was great. Communication with the property management was great as well. The condo could use a few tweaks, a few things broken, some linens were blood stained, and the curtains were stained. But over all it was a very nice stay. We love the Beach Club.

Family Spring Break

Check in Sunday, Check out Friday. The unit was very nice, clean. Had some older questionable utensils and missing some measuring cups but not a big deal. Overall clean is the unit and building we were in. However we had a cockroach issue at the local eatery/bar called the Village Hideaway. Food there was just ok, little expensive for what you get. 2nd day we went back just to use the golf simulator. After a short well not 1 but 2 cockroaches came out of the black curtain by the kitchen. Other than that, no other issues. Can't beat the property for the price. Make sure you really think about the cost of the wrist band to use the indoor pool and gym etc...likely not worth it.

Girls trip 2024

My friends and I enjoyed our stay, however we had issues with the cleanliness of the unit. There are stains on the drapes over the sliding doors to the balcony, a lot of trash on the balcony itself, blue extra blanket had spots on it which looked like play dough and the rugs in master bath and second king bedroom looked dirty. The floor in the 3rd bedroom with twin beds looked like it had not been thoroughly vacuumed. There was popcorn on the rug and what appeared to be a sock was under one of the beds (not one of our socks). None of these issues was caused by anyone in my group. The location is wonderful but I doubt any one of us would stay in this particular unit again due to these issues.

Ft. Morgan Avalon 203

We've been staying at Beach Club for several years. First time in a 3BR. The location was great. The kitchen could stand to be better stocked. But overall a good stay. Would recommend.
