Uncomfortable stay

Great location! A few steps away from the beach and very close to restaurants and attractions. Upon entry of the unit, there was a strong smell of moisture and mold. The unit is very outdated. They have only updated the flooring on the lower level and added paint. Further inspection we found half eaten burritos in the night stands between the beds upstairs. None of the TVs worked and we could not connect to the wifi. Dishes were provided but they were old and dirty so we didn't use them.

The pool was good but very cold the beach was great the stairs were horrible especially with young children the room was good it was as described good layout dont bring young kids and lots of luggage it will kill you. They need some kind of way to get luggage to the top floor thats my biggest complaint and no inside door security.

Didn’t Stay

This was my 1st time booking a VRBO. I usually use other options but decided to give them a try. The pictures listed were very deceptive. The location was great with in walking distance of food and shopping but the parking lot is small and you can’t even read the numbers. The place was small and the beds were hard. They did not clean up from the last guest so there were dishes in the dishwasher and hair in the beds. My son had cookie crumbs in his bed. The master bedroom has a tiny shower you can barely turn around in. There is mold all over the outside tiles leading into the shower. That was the most run down filthy place I have ever stayed in. The spiral metal staircase is also a hazard. We tied a plastic bag on the bag to cover the metal coming through. The beds upstairs had blood stains on the pillow cases. I contacted property management for assistance and the never came to assist with the issues. I did not stay . Ruined our family spring break .
