Gulf Shores 2025 Vacation

We have stayed here 3 times prior and always enjoyed our stay. It is close to the Hangout and Mikee's Seafood. This year we were disappointed with broken elevator. Room had some issues like broken broom, shower floor missing stones, and trash under the bed.

Love staying here!

Close to beach

The unit itself was good - bed rolls alot so we put carpet sliders we found on 2 bed wheels which helped alot. Good shower, comfy bed. A/c unit wasn't able to keep the humidity down. Convenient to beach and The Hangout, which is a hoot. Gulf Shores State Park has a great boardwalk.

Do not park a truck under building

The place was nice. It doesn’t have a dishwasher, stove or oven which didn’t bother us too much but if you’re wanting to cook I’d look elsewhere. The sign on the building was overlooked and my husband parked under the building

It was just what we were looking for. Walked to entertainment, beach, shops and food without having to drive. The room was all we needed foot sleep, shower and fix lunch

Excellent Hospitality

Becky at Sunset Properties was absolutely sweet and went above and beyond for us to check in early! Unit and building are under renovation.

Great Location!

Our yearly visit to Shrimp Fest. Could not have a better location...right across the street. Never had to get back in our vehicle. All restaurants right there. The room was very clean and up to date on everything. We'll be back next year!!

Girls trip to watch NCAA volleyball

Perfect location to do what we wanted to do. Parked the car in parking space under the building and didn’t have to drive anywhere until time to leave.

Short stay

We came down for the Mardi Gras parade and stayed a few days. Room was well decorated and clean. It is a small space, but works well for one or two people. They did add a wardrobe rack in place of the shelf, which was a great addition for clothes, bags, and shoes. The location is perfect to walk to stores, restaurants, and the beach!

Quick Trip to the Coast

Quick get away

Very Comfortable

Plenty of restaurants to eat at. We parked when we got there and didn't get back in the car until we left. All the shops, entertainment and the awesome beach was all within walking distance. This was the most relaxing vacation we've had.

Only thing great was the location

This room was great for the location but it is not a true condo. It has only a mini fridge, sink and microwave in its "kitchen". We also had cockroaches in our room and even in the mini fridge. The electricity only in the bathroom went out unexpectedly our last day and we never knew why.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had stayed at this collection of rentals before and really enjoyed our stay. This particular room this time, #223, was absolutely perfect! The decor, room setup, ammenities provided, was all top notch and perfect. No issues what so ever! Location is amazing! You are just accross the street from the beech, a 1 min walk, incredible! So much delicious food, entertainment and shopping all within walking distance! One more thing, hands down the most comfortable bed weve ever slept on while away from our own! What a treat, we will definitely want to stay in this exact room for our next trip back to Gulf Shores☺️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but beware if you are an early to bed person as it is across from the Hang Out. That being said, it is in the middle of everything and walking distance to the beach! Stale smoke smell (probably from HVAC/history). Unit was very clean however fairly small in size (hotel room essentially). Management responded quickly to address a power issue. Bring your own pillows! This unit is perfect if you don't need thrills and just a place to shower and hit the sheets!
