Vacation 2022

We all enjoyed the stay. Great area to stay with children. The property was nice but what was showed on line looked a little nicer. We had access to a grill, but it was a community grill and was a distance away from the facility we stayed in. I would NOT recommend booking through VRBO because of hidden fees of $210 that I could not get a refund on. I was never notified of the extra charge that was separate from my booking charge. No email explaining , just found the charge on my card.

Suggestions

The gate code provided never worked. EVERY door in the condo needs to be oiled! All the doors squeak so badly, that if anyone opened a door during the night (to go to restroom) it woke everyone up. King bed in front bedroom across from kitchen needs major work - sounds terrible like it is breaking if you barely move (mainly side by window). Not idea for light sleepers!! Ceiling fan in that bedroom is very loud as well. Not enough towels for 7 people to shower multiple days. Couch slightly smells, should definitely be shampooed. A bottle of multi purpose cleaner would’ve been nice too for spills. Great condo & location! Just a few minor suggestions that would go a very long way ~ and help tremendously!!!
